Notification of changes to the underlying fund of J42/R175 JPMorgan USD Money Market

We have been notified by JPMorgan Funds (Asia) Limited of changes to the underlying fund into which J42/R175 JPMorgan USD Money Market invests.
These changes are effective from 18 March 2016 and are summarised below:
- Soft Closure from 18 March to 20 May 2016 (inclusive)
- Non Dealing/Suspension (1 Day) 20 May 2016 to facilitate the fund merger
- Fund Merger on the underlying fund 20 May 2016
- Name Change, effective 23 May 2016
During the soft closure any new instructions to invest monies into J42/R175 JPMorgan USDMoney Market will not be accepted between 18 March 2016 and 20 May 2016.
Any regular premiums that are currently being invested into J42/R175 JPMorgan USD Money Marketwill continue to invest as normal during the soft closure.
Please note ‘redemptions’ from J42/R175 JPMorgan USD Money Market are not restricted during this period.
As a result of the underlying fund name changing, the Friends Provident International fund names will also change with effect from the same date.
