Changes to the hurdle rate in relation to performance fees of the underlying fund
Within the framework of the transition concerning the interbank reference rates and due to the disappearance of LIBOR as of the 1st January 2022, the Company have decided to change the definition of the hurdle rate in relation to the performance fees of the underlying fund.
